Refund Requests
To initiate a refund request, customers must contact us via email at support@traderfundzone.com. Please include your account details and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. We aim to process requests promptly and will confirm receipt of your request via email.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Non-activation: If you have not received your trading credentials within 24 hours of registration, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact support with your concern.
- Service Non-Commencement: Fees are refundable only if the service has not commenced within a reasonable timeframe from the purchase date.
- Special Circumstances: Refunds beyond these conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Trader Fund Zone reserves the right to grant partial or full refunds based on individual circumstances.
Non-refundable Fees
- Service Commencement: Once you have received your trading credentials and have begun trading, fees become non-refundable. This includes both full and partial refunds.
- Breach of Trading Rules: If a customer breaches any trading rules, as previously communicated, no refund will be provided.
- Disputes and Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment service provider without justifiable cause, Trader Fund Zone reserves the right to refuse a refund and may terminate the provision of services.
Process and Timeline
Upon receiving a refund request, Trader Fund Zone will review the case within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days. Customers will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
Amendments to the Refund Policy
Trader Fund Zone reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. We encourage customers to review it periodically. Continued use of our services after any amendments signifies acceptance of the new terms.
